Bhandari Residence

Outlook Designheed was commissioned to design a contemporary façade for the Bhandari Residence in Noida, crafting a visual identity that blends modernist aesthetics with functional innovation. The project focused on clean geometry, smart material usage, and integrated lighting—redefining how a residence can express both form and function.

 

Our design incorporated a carefully curated mix of cladding materials including StoneLam, ACP, glass, and terracotta, layered for texture and rhythm. A neutral color palette—grey, taupe, and white—was contrasted with bold accent lines to establish visual hierarchy. The façade geometry features dynamic projections and recesses, offering both depth and play of shadow throughout the day.

 

We integrated energy-efficient LED lighting, backlit panels, and programmable systems to ensure the home glows with personality at night. Functionally, the façade enhances thermal insulation, reduces urban noise, and resists weathering—all while maintaining a sleek, low-maintenance, and emotionally resonant design.
