ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), Hyderabad

Outlook Designheed was entrusted with designing the ICAI campus in Hyderabad to reflect the institution’s legacy of professionalism, financial integrity, and academic excellence. The architectural language embraces a Contemporary Corporate theme with a striking façade of glass, stone veneer, and metal cladding. Symbolic design choices—like GRC columns and sandstone—represent strength and stability, while ICAI branding is subtly integrated through jaali screens and embossed metal panels.

 

Spatial planning emphasized both function and sophistication, with smart classrooms, soundproof auditoriums, collaborative study zones, and a double-height reception lobby finished with stone flooring and warm wooden accents. Smart technologies, including interactive kiosks, modular AV systems, and motion-sensor lighting, were incorporated throughout.

 

Sustainability was key, with solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and natural ventilation via courtyards and atriums. Landscaped areas with finance-themed sculptures, timeline walls, and motivational art installations celebrate the ICAI legacy, making this campus a forward-thinking, iconic institutional landmark.
