Outlook Designheed was commissioned to design the JNV School Campus in Jaffarpur, Delhi—spread across 6.6 acres and tailored to meet the educational, climatic, and cultural demands of the region. The site’s unique topography, orientation, and surroundings presented a valuable opportunity to create a student-centric, sustainable learning environment.
We adopted a courtyard-based masterplan, encouraging natural ventilation, light, and interaction. Zones were functionally divided into academic blocks, residential areas, dining and admin facilities, and versatile sports grounds. Our barrier-free design ensures inclusivity through ramps, tactile paths, and elevators.
The architecture reflects Delhi’s hot-dry climate with thick walls, deep overhangs, and jaali screens, while materials like local bricks and GRC moldings provide cost-effective durability.
Interiors are vibrant, flexible, and sustainable—with smart classrooms, modular furniture, and passive cooling. Hostel zones offer safe, well-lit accommodations and communal spaces. Solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and recycled materials reinforce our green design approach.
