Outlook Designheed was entrusted with the renovation of the 3rd floor of Trade World Tower, Parel, to cater to the diverse functional requirements of three distinct clients—IFCI, IFIN, and IVCF. The goal was to create a unified yet individually expressive workspace through intelligent spatial planning and a modern design language.

 

The layout features open workspaces with semi-transparent partitions, offering flexibility and privacy. Each office section incorporates minimalist reception and breakout zones, enhanced with veneer-finished backdrops and subtle branding through glass films and paint graphics.

 

A neutral color palette forms the base, accentuated by rich blues, greens, and earthy tones that define functional zones without physical barriers. Fluted MDF panels and stone veneers add texture and sophistication, while laminate finishes replicate warm wood textures affordably.

 

Smart lighting with a mix of warm and cool LEDs, combined with biophilic elements like indoor plants, fosters a refreshing, cost-efficient, and visually cohesive corporate environment.
