The MGIRI Wardha project was planned with the aim of integrating modern facility requirements and the design of a sustainable build. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd, included the construction and integration of services assuring quality, functionality and long-term durability. AutoCAD MEP on detailed layouts, STAAD Pro for structural calculations, ETABS for power calculations, MS Excel for BOQ and quantity estimation and MS Project for planning and scheduling, all in project management. Operational efficiency was further supported by green building features like energy-efficient lighting and optimized ventilation systems.
