Project Overview
The Renovation and Refurbishment of Office Buildings at Visakhapatnam Port Authority focused on upgrading pre-existing administrative building facilities by improving its structure as well as its functionality, safety and serviceability. The scope included Civil and Architectural Works, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Electrical Services, along with structural repairs and retrofitting.
Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. provided multidisciplinary consultancy services to help coordinate with the existing and new requirements of the project.
We used AutoCAD and STAAD Pro to assist in design development and structural analysis, while HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) and AutoCAD MEP helped in the coordination of building services. MS Excel was used for quantity and cost estimations and MS Project was utilized for systematic planning and management.
