Project Overview
The ICSI Hyderabad project entailed the development of an Office-cum-Training Institute located in Khairtabad, Hyderabad, which served as an institutional structure characterized by modern day infrastructure and building integration.
Multidisciplinary consultancy including Civil, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical and LV works was carried out by Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. In terms of the process of design and engineering, the areas of functional planning, stability of structure, MEP coordination, firefighting and operational efficiency were considered.
AutoCAD was used in drawing technical drawings whereas STAAD Pro was used in structural analysis. MS Excel was used in preparing the BOQ and MS Project in project planning and budget management.
