Project Overview
The Renovation and Development of ICAI Buildings in Hyderabad was aimed at developing the institutional campus into a contemporary and technological environment keeping in mind the professional heritage of ICAI with respect to its honesty, finance, and academic success.
The architectural theme was that of Contemporary Corporate with elements like glass, stone veneer, metal cladding, GRC panels, sandstone, jaali, and embossed metal panels. The spatial concept included smart classrooms, soundproof auditoriums, collaborative study spaces, and double-height reception lobby. The smart technologies comprised of interactive kiosks, modular audio-visual equipment, and motion sensor lighting. The sustainability elements included solar energy generation, rainwater harvesting, courtyards, atriums, and natural ventilation.
Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. worked in the domains of civil, architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and LV systems using AutoCAD MEP, STAAD Pro, ETABS, MS Excel, and MS Project for the development of this project.
