Project Overview
The development of the Interior Architecture for the Front office of the administrative building in BHEL Trichy Factory Complex was designed with an aim to develop a workplace that is modern, functional, and efficient as per the organizational needs.
The project involved civil, architectural, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical work with the focus on spatial functionality, integration of services, structural stability and workplace safety. Multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancy services were rendered by Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. providing design and engineering services for the entire project from inception to completion.
Auto CAD helped in drafting architectural drawings and engineering drawings, STAAD Pro and ETABS in structural analysis and technical justification, while MS Excel and MS Project are used for BOQ and project management respectively.
