Project Overview
The Residence Sector 71 project consisted of the complete planning, architectural design, and engineering of a residential structure. This project had an emphasis on space planning, structure analysis, structural engineering, and coordination of MEP services. Various disciplines were used for the project, including Civil, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, and Low Voltage (LV). The use of various disciplines ensured that all technical aspects of the project were covered properly.
Outlook Designheed Pvt. Ltd. used STAAD Pro and ETABS software for the structural analysis and engineering of the project. The AutoCAD MEP software was used to draft and coordinate the MEP plans and drawings. The MS Excel and MS Project software were used for project documentation, planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of the multidisciplinary nature of the project.
