Project Overview
The renovation of the upper and lower PGIMER Cafeteria in Chandigarh entailed improvement of existing facilities of the cafeterias to make them useful and hygienic as well as user-friendly. Civil and Architectural Refurbishment, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical Services were included along with structural repair work.
Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was engaged in providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services related to planning, designing and execution of the project, ensuring space optimization, comfort, safety, functionality and building up to the contemporary standard.
AutoCAD helped in drawing the layout and coordination of services whereas STAAD. Pro aided in analyzing and verifying the structural system. BOQ formulation and budget management were carried out through MS Excel while the project scheduling and coordination was done with the help of the MS Project.
