Project Overview
Construction and Development of Infrastructure project in Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Nagpur comprised planning and technical development of infrastructure facilities for the institute. The project needed cooperation and coordination between various departments including Civil, Architecture, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical and Low Voltage (LV) systems with a focus on the reliable nature of structure and services.
Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. assisted the project in designing, engineering, quantification and project planning. AutoCAD MEP was used for MEP and HVAC designing, while STAAD Pro and ETABS for structural engineering and MS Excel for BOQ quantification. Additionally, the MS Project was used for project planning and scheduling.
