Project Overview
The Construction and Development of the ITC Lab Building, FDDI, Noida was concentrated on providing a specialized lab structure that would cater to all the requirements of footwear designing, technology, education, research and industrial purposes.
Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. offered complete EPC consultancy services regarding civil, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and electrical projects. The project aimed to create a coordinated architectural design, structural planning, facilities services and safety systems and laboratory specific requirements to make the building efficient and effective.
For creating architectural design and structural design, AutoCAD and STAAD Pro were used respectively. The AutoCAD MEP and HAP helped in planning and coordinating the HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems while the MS Excel helped in preparing BOQ and estimating costs.
