The new administrative building at BHEL Trichy was designed to provide a modern, efficient office to support the organization’s operational requirements. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. provided complete civil, architectural and MEP works, ensuring the facility was delivered to high levels of quality, function and safety. Specific services used included design layout using AutoCAD MEP, structural analysis using STAAD Pro, electrical load calculations using ETABS, BOQ preparation and quantity estimation using MS Excel, construction program and cost reporting using MS Project, allowing for efficient project time and budget management.
