The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) facility in Faridabad has been constructed to improve efficiency in operations and fulfill the requirements of modern infrastructure. Ltd. took complete responsibility for the civil, architectural, and electrical scope of works, ensuring that the site met IOCL’s operational, functional, compliance and safety-related expectations. AutoCAD was used to prepare the layout and design, STAAD Pro was used for analysis and design of structural framing, ETABS was used for electrical load assessments, MS Excel was used for BOQ preparation and quantity estimation, and MS Project was used for scheduling and time tracking.
