GAIL’s office building and supporting facilities in Chitradurga were constructed to offer a modern and efficient workspace to support the corporation’s operations. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. took responsibility for all civil works, architectural detailing, and MEP works, ensuring quality, safety and functionality throughout. AutoCAD MEP was used to prepare definitive service layouts, STAAD Pro was used for structural analysis, ETABS was used for electrical load assessments, MS Excel was used for BOQ preparation and quantity estimation, and MS Project was used for scheduling and time tracking. Operational efficiency was further supported by green building features like energy-efficient lighting and optimized ventilation systems.
