Phase A Work JNV Kamrup Metro Assam

The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) project located in Assam was constructed to improve the educational infrastructure by upgrading the learning and living environment of students. The entire project was managed by Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd., including civil construction, Architectural finishes, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical services. AutoCAD and STAAD Pro were used to verify designs as well as circuit diagrams, while AutoCAD MEP allowed progress to be made while remaining accurate to the plans and specifications. We completed all cost estimation and had monitoring of completion progress made using MS Excel and MS Project, whilst producing a satisfactory completion of the project that is representative according to institutional requirements. The project integrated green building elements such as cross-ventilation design, energy-efficient electrical systems, and sustainable materials to promote environmental responsibility.
