The institutional facility at CMA Bengaluru was designed to have a modern interior space that was both functional and operationally efficient. In this regard, plan development was done so that the building services would be able to integrate successfully into the building context. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. developed the complete design, detailing, coordination, and management with all the disciplines with respect to the project. AutoCAD developed layouts, STAAD Pro for structural analysis and validation. MS Excel for BOQ and budget controlling, and MS Project for timelines and to ensure on-time delivery. Green building elements, including energy-efficient lighting and optimized natural ventilation, were incorporated to improve operational sustainability.
