Visakhapatnam Port Admin Building

The refurbishment and upgrades of the Administrative Building of the Visahpatnam Port Authority (VPA) include structural repairs and retrofitting of the building to improve the building’s serviceability and longevity. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd completed the works, which included repairs and retrofitting within civil, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and structural works. The design, validation and service layouts were undertaken using AutoCAD and STAAD Pro. MS Excel was used to inform on detailed costing, and MS Project was used to provide coordination of the project and ensure that the works were completed within the programming.
