Refund Cancellation Policy

At Designheed, we are fully committed to our client’s satisfaction. We understand that the needs of architects, engineers, and other construction professionals sometimes require us to alter what we deliver in terms of AEC services. Our refund policy is fair, clear, and aligned with the nature of AEC materials and services.

Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are acceptable for cancellations made within 24 hours of issuing before shipping.
  • Damaged or defective deliverables are eligible for replacements or refunds.
  • Digital project files or CAD models are non-refundable once downloaded by the customer.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Custom-project based designs.
  • Software licenses/subscriptions that have been used or activated.
  • Shipping fees for express shipping, except for failure to deliver by Designheed.
Refund Process
  • Written refund requests must be submitted by email or through the support portal.
  • Request will be reviewed and requested refunds confirmed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be made in the payment method you used to pay for and it may take 7–10 business days after we have verified the request.
Partial Refunds and Adjustments
  • Minor issues or shipped incomplete deliverables will have a partial refund initiated.
  • Consideration will be made to provide credits on future orders for treated minor issues, deliverables, and/or incomplete orders to help continue the workflow of the project.
Special Considerations for AEC Professionals
  • Urgent project delays will be resolved with expedited replacements.
  • Issues brought to Designheed’s attention with large abstract and complex projects will be resolved with a partial refund, replacement, or credits.
