The project was that of Lucknow Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The scope of the project included Planning, Architectural Design, MEP Estimation, and Structural Services.
The scope of the project included Planning, Architectural Design, MEP Estimation and Structural Services, which required coordination of spatial planning, structural design, and building services. The design procedure entailed functional spaces, circulations, structural considerations, service considerations, and MEP estimation.
AutoCAD was utilized for detailing in architectural and technical drawings whereas SketchUp was applied in 3D modeling and designing. D5 Render was used in creating real-time rendering of the proposed institutional building.
