Project Overview
ISCI Navi Mumbai project is a redevelopment of a 4,440 sq.m campus at Navi Mumbai, based on a design approach of “Structured Transparency”, which combines institutionality and professionalism.
The project comprises an architecture that includes energy efficient design and solar control through aluminum fins and perforated facade system. Project scope includes architectural design, structural engineering, and MEP services involving electrical, HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing, along with cost estimation.
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render were used for accurate planning and effective architectural visualization, that would help present the designed concept of the project.
