Bim Architect

Location: Noida, Delhi (NCR)

Experience: 4-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM models with other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BIM modeling and management.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
