Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Noida, Delhi (NCR)
 
Experience: 4+ Years
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas and accommodations.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Handle emails, respond on behalf of the Director, and follow up as needed.
Assist the Director in daily operations and strategic tasks.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 
Key Skills & Competencies:
 
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Presentation skills to create and deliver professional materials.
Calendar management and scheduling expertise.
Email handling and correspondence management.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
 
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or an MBA will be preferred.
Minimum 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and presentation skills will be required.
