Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas and accommodations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
• Handle emails, respond on behalf of the Director, and follow up as needed.
• Assist the Director in daily operations and strategic tasks.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Presentation skills to create and deliver professional materials.
• Calendar management and scheduling expertise.
• Email handling and correspondence management.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or an MBA will be preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills will be required.
