HR Recuiter

Location: Noida, Delhi (NCR)
 
Experience: 1-3 Years
 
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our recruitment process and handle core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage job postings, application tracking, and candidate databases.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement:
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
 
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools.
Ability to multitask and handle HR responsibilities efficiently role & responsibilities.
