JNV ASSAM

Outlook Designheed was entrusted with designing the expansive JNV School campus in Kamrup, Assam, spread across 14.94 acres. The project posed unique challenges due to the site’s diverse topography, orientation, and surrounding context—factors we embraced as opportunities to innovate.

 

Our design approach prioritized functionality, climate responsiveness, and student well-being. We crafted a cohesive masterplan that blends seamlessly with the natural contours of the land, ensuring minimal disruption while maximizing space utilization. Orientation of the built forms was carefully planned to harness natural light and ventilation, reducing dependency on artificial systems.

 

The campus layout integrates learning, interaction, and recreation—fostering holistic student development. Open courtyards, shaded walkways, and strategically placed academic and residential blocks promote connectivity and engagement.

 

This project reflects our commitment to creating thoughtful, site-sensitive educational environments that inspire growth, community, and sustainability.
