At Outlook Designheed, the JNV School Campus at Mungeshpur presented an opportunity to translate a complex site into a student-centric, sustainable, and regionally resonant learning environment. Spread over 7.5 acres, our design approach combined functionality with climate-sensitive planning tailored to Delhi’s hot and dry conditions.
The campus features courtyard-based planning to maximize natural light and ventilation, fostering collaborative and green learning spaces. Functional zoning was meticulously executed—academic blocks, residential quarters, dining, and sports facilities are seamlessly integrated yet independently accessible. Barrier-free access ensures inclusivity for all users.
We used local bricks, GRC elements, and jaali screens to create a cost-effective, durable, and visually appealing façade. Solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and eco-friendly materials enhance the project’s sustainability.
Vibrant, flexible interiors and smart classrooms support modern pedagogy, while hostel zones offer comfort, safety, and community. With shaded outdoor spaces and multipurpose recreational zones, the design holistically supports student growth and well-being.
