Mid Level Architect

Location: Andhra Pradesh /Karnataka

Experience: 3-5 Years

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural designs based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM tools.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Research materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure sustainable and cost- effective solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (preferably in Revit).
• Strong knowledge in Planning, Concept & Detail Designing of Project.
• Good Presentation & communication skills.
