Project Manager - Civil

Location: Jajpur, Odisha

Responsibilities and Duties((On – Site Duties)

• Project, Construction Management and Supervision including detailed planning, detailed construction schedule through Primavera/ MS Project, Bar chart and S-curve etc., review of construction schedule prepared by the contractor, co-ordination and day to day supervision for achieving required progress in accordance with the contract documents, drawings, specifications, quality control, review of various test reports & recommending Client for any action required to be taken, checking, certification and recommendation for payment of contractor’s Running Account & Final bill, closing of various contracts packages etc. and maintaining all records. Preparation of detailed package wise work progress schedule, with activity wise fortnightly plan, catch-up plan if any required to make-up the shortfall in the progress.

• Preparation of monthly progress report indicating the schedule, overall progress, status of various material, details of manpower & machineries deployed by the various Contractors, S-curve, Site photographs and any other details associated with the project and submit to Client in a proper booklet form by 7th of every month.

Other Duties:

Preparation of detailed estimate, BOQ for civil & interior works including measurement sheet, rate analysis of DSR & NDSR items for consultancy works. Preparation of detailed technical specifications for Consultancy works.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from reputed university with a minimum of 8 years’ experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience) should have hands on experience in construction industries preferably in the field of building/ RCC Structure works project.
