Ltd. executed the construction and fit-out of the Administrative Block at the IOCL Bottling Plant, Kalyani, which included complete civil works, architectural finishes, internal plumbing, small power and electrical systems, and firefighting systems. The team utilized AutoCAD for accurate layouts, STAAD Pro for structural analysis and formal approvals, MS Project to control the timeline, and the result was the modern and fully functional administrative facility with IOCL’s operational supply complex.
