The Bhimavaram Court Complex project utilizes an existing Revit BIM model to create an institutional building that achieves precise results and maintains minimal construction defects. This project has achieved GFC-level readiness through the development of a high-fidelity LOD 350 model. The process starts with site-specific regulatory compliance and ends with a complete digital twin that merges Architectural, Structural, and MEP data to reduce field errors and enable smooth coordination of complex institutional infrastructure projects.
The design process included concept planning, area optimisation, and NBC-compliant design development. The workflow enabled clash detection, precise coordination, and documentation across disciplines. The Revit (BIM) system used by Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. enabled users to develop an integrated model that connected site-specific building regulations with actual construction activities.
