This project focused on the planning, design, and development of a ₹45-crore Regional and Circle Office in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The project’s purpose is to create a modern facility that integrates efficient administrative workspaces with comprehensive MEP systems. The facility was designed to enhance the user’s comfort and reflect the institution’s professionalism through a refined stone-and-glass facade to serve as the bank’s primary operational center for the region.
The project scope requires architectural design work together with all MEP services, which include Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems. It also includes structural engineering work and initial cost estimation activities. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. utilised standard industry tools during the entire project period, which included AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render.
