Expansion Development IIPA Campus New Delhi

The Muralage Development, being done at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), ITO, Delhi, aimed to develop infrastructure for institutions, including functional and aesthetic updates. The design and implementation were done under the operational discipline of Outlook Designheed Consultants Ltd, which provided civil construction and finishing, architectural detailing, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical works. Using software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD MEP ensured designs and verifications with precision, while MS Excel provided the accurate preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) along with the estimate of costs. The Muralage Development task was executed with operational and institutional design standards.
