Girls Hostel FDDI Banur

The FDDI Hostel project at Banur was designed to facilitate modern and comfortable facilities for student accommodation. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd managed the EPC delivery by completing civil works, architectural function, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical functionality with an emphasis on quality and combined functionality. AutoCAD and STAAD Pro were used for the design and structural validations, while AutoCAD MEP was used to create the necessary plumbing and fire system layouts. The project management was progressed using MS Excel for cost control and MS Project to manage the scheduling. The completion timing was managed to meet the institutional requirements. Green building principles, such as energy-efficient lighting and water conservation measures, were incorporated to ensure long-term sustainability.
