IFCI Tower 16th Floor Nehru Place Renovation

The IFCI Nehru Place project completed refurbishment and upgraded office spaces with fresh interpretations for functionality, comfort and improved operational performance. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. carried out the designing and implementation of civil, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and electrical works. Detailed layouts were prepared in AutoCAD and STAAD Pro was used to verify structure. MS Excel helped control BOQ and cost plans, while MS Project was used for schedule tracking.
