Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. executed the entire civil and MEP works by designing accurately, progressing with structural safety, and integrating all the services completely. At this site, the team used AutoCAD MEP for the detailed layouts and the HVAC design, STAAD Pro for the structural analysis, ETABS for electrical load calculations, MS Excel for the BOQ and Quantity Take-Off, and MS Project for scheduling and on-time delivery. Operational efficiency was further supported by green building features like energy-efficient lighting and optimized ventilation systems.
