JNV East Delhi Jaffarpur Kalan Phase A B Bal

The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Jaffarpur project required the development and upgrading of academic infrastructure to create a functional educational infrastructure that provides an appropriate learning environment. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was responsible for design, detailing and coordination of civil, architectural, plumbing, Firefighting and electrical services. Layouts were developed in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro was utilized for structural verification, cost planning and BOQ were established in MS Excel, and schedules were monitored using MS Project to successfully complete the complex project on schedule.  Green building elements, including energy-efficient lighting and optimized natural ventilation, were incorporated to improve operational sustainability.
