Maintenance Base Office Facilities Jharsuguda Odisha

The GAIL Jharsuguda Odisha project involved the construction of a 2.5 m high office block, developed for administrative and operational purposes. Overall scope included civil, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical works for the project, with Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as the Consultants for the above scope of work. Layouts developed using AutoCAD were checked using STAAD Pro to confirm structure; MS Excel was used for cost and BOQ management, and MS Project was used to track milestones and delivery. Operational efficiency was further supported by green building features like energy-efficient lighting and optimized ventilation systems.
