The ICSI Hyderabad project entailed the design of an institutional facility for the Institute of Company Secretaries, a total facility with the latest infrastructure and building systems in place. All the civil architectural, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, electrical, and low-voltage works were carried out by Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. The team used AutoCAD to prepare layouts, STAAD Pro for structural analysis, MS Excel for preparing BOQ, and MS Project to control budgets and schedules. Operational efficiency was further supported by green building features like energy-efficient lighting and optimized ventilation systems.
