Visakhapatnam Port DCI Building

The DCI Building project at the Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) sought to bring the current facility to modern standards with respect to serviceability while at the same time maintaining the structure itself. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. carried out complete works spanning the civil, architectural and service components: civil construction, architectural services, HVAC services, plumbing services, firefighting services, electrical services, as well as required repairs and retrofits. Our design approach was to use AutoCAD and STAAD Pro to provide accurate design, while keeping the execution of the projects on time and budget using MS Project and MS Excel.
