We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent cost management skills, and the ability to support project delivery within budget and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. • Conduct quantity take-offs and material cost analysis. • Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports. • Manage contract administration, variations, and claims. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors. • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal standards. • Support in procurement and subcontractor management. • Provide risk analysis and value engineering recommendations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • 4–5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in [sector: e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure]. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and contract law. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
