Project Overview

Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. provided multi-disciplinary Architectural and Engineering Consultancy for Residential Accommodation Complex in Santa Cruz, Mumbai.

This project, which was designed for the warm, humid, coastal climate of Mumbai, encompassed disciplines such as residential planning, structural engineering, MEP, interiors, landscape, external infrastructure, and inclusive design. The design concept entitled “Layered Living | Filtered Edges,” helped create comfortable zones through shaded transitions, controlled circulation, and climate-responsive planning. Type-2 to Type-5 residential units were incorporated into the development with coordinated services.

The BIM coordination and clash detection was done through Revit, while AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, 3ds Max, MS Excel, and MS Project supported documentation, analysis, visualization, estimation, and scheduling.
