Project Overview

Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. provided services for the design and construction of the residential quarters of the proposed Reserve Bank of India in Curca Village, Tiswadi Taluka, Goa using a multidisciplinary approach. The development occupies an area of about eight acres and consists of houses of the staff and officers, amenities, facilities, and landscape.

The planning is based on natural features, provides maximum ventilation, good views, and safe movement. Sustainability measures in line with GRIHA rating and MEP services improve the environmental performance.

The AutoCAD and Revit software was used for planning and BIM, whereas Navisworks software aided in collision detection. STAAD.Pro, ETABS, HAP, and AutoCAD MEP were used for structural and services designing, respectively.
