Residential Complex & Quarters at Barsua & Kalta Mines, Odisha was a project that Outlook Designheed Pvt. Ltd. dealt with the planning and development of the residential facilities for meeting the accommodation needs of the workforce.
The scope of the project included Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical works which were to be developed in a coordinated manner. The design process of the project emphasized efficient planning of residential facilities, structural strength, proper service distribution, and the necessary fire and electrical safety provisions.
AutoCAD was used for technical drawings while STAAD Pro was employed for structural analysis and design. MS Excel and MS Project were utilized for project planning, documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
