Consultancy Supervision 125 Room Hostel Gail Pata Up

The GAIL Pata hostel project comprised all construction and services for two hostel buildings that would provide rooming accommodation for up to 150 rooms. These buildings were to give the user experience of modern, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation facilities. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. undertook the project for civil construction, architectural finishes, all MEP services and installations, and LV systems. The firm ensured quality, safety, and functionality in the buildings under construction. Valuable software tools were also used, including AutoCAD MEP for service layout drafting, STAAD Pro for structural analysis, ETABS for electrical load design, as well as MS Excel to generate the BOQ and take off quantities, and MS Project to support project scheduling and cost management, ensuring timely project delivery with maximum efficiency. Operational efficiency was further supported by green building features like energy-efficient lighting and optimized ventilation systems.
