Project Overview
The repair and renovation work for office building included overall repair and renovation of the IFCI Office Building at Trade World, ‘C’ Wing, 3rd Floor, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai. The project was inclusive of architectural refurbishment, interior work, civil changes, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and low voltage works.
Outlook Designheed Pvt. Ltd. provided a coordinated multidisciplinary approach ensuring that all the services could be effectively coordinated and integrated with the existing building and its work environment.
AutoCAD MEP helped to design the service layouts, whereas STAAD. Pro and ETABS helped in structural coordination. MS Excel was helpful in quantifying and estimating the cost of the services.
