Project Overview
Outlook Designheed Pvt. Ltd. undertook the entire process of multidisciplinary architectural and engineering consultancy for the proposed Canara Bank Regional Office in Faridabad, Haryana. The project entails the construction of a seven-storeyed B+G+5 building on a 1,040 sq. m. plot, designed to house modern banking and office facilities.
The consultancy includes master planning, architecture, design of corporate facade, interior design, accessibility, RCC structure, parking, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, solar energy, security, networking, and landscape design. The design includes climate-based planning techniques according to the composite climatic conditions of Faridabad, involving proper use of shading, daylighting and ventilation.
Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, and 3ds Max are used in the design and visualization process, while MS Excel and MS Project assist in estimation, BOQ preparation, scheduling and project planning.
