Project Overview
The Construction of Phase-A of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Kamrup Metro, Assam entailed the construction of educational infrastructures for carrying out academic activities.
This work included Civil Works, Architectural Works, Plumbing Works, Fire Fighting Works and Electrical Works. There was the need to integrate all these in an efficient way. The design and engineering process focused on space planning, structural soundness, distribution of services and coordinating documents.
Several tools were used for different functionality. AutoCAD software was used for making architectural and engineering drawings. STAAD Pro was used for analysis and design of structures. AutoCAD MEP for coordination of plumbing, fire-fighting and electrical works.
