Project Overview
Construction of Phase A, B and B (Balance) at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Shahdara, on the current JNV Mungeshpur campus in Delhi, entailed comprehensive development and upgrading of educational infrastructure and facilities.
The scope of this project includes construction, renovation and improvement of facilities, such as Civil, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, Structural Repair and Retrofit. An important part of the project was the successful coordination of proposed facilities and existing campus infrastructure with continuity of function and no interface related problems.
Design development and coordination of all disciplines on the project were carried out by Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. The engineering and technical drawings of the project were developed using AutoCAD software and structural analysis, while the design were performed using STAAD Pro. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost planning were done using MS Excel and project planning and scheduling were carried out using MS Project.
