Project Overview
The JNV East Delhi project at the Jaffarpur Kalan campus had three distinct phases, viz. Phase A, Phase B and Phase B (Balance) as well as the improvement of existing facilities in terms of strengthening and upgrading.
Integrated planning was necessary in Civil, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Structural Repair and Retrofitting work in this project. The consultancy scope included the development of an integrated technical solution for the new construction as well as meeting the functional and structural needs of the existing facilities on the campus. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. assisted in design development, detailing, coordination of engineering services, quantity documentation and scheduling. The software used for this purpose includes AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Excel and MS Project.
